May 24: On this day in 1994, the Leafs season came to a dramatic end when Greg Adams of the Vancouver Canucks scored at :14 of the second overtime period to give his team a 4-3 victory and a 4 games to 1 series win. It was the second consecutive year that the Leafs had advanced to the Conference Finals and the final four remaining teams. Doug Gilmour once again led the Leafs with 28 points in 18 playoff games. As of 2007, the Leafs have yet to win three playoff series in one season.
